MY father was constantly sayin 'I shouldn't be drinking all this caffiene it isn't good for me". In ways, he was right. It couldn't be doing much for my blood pressure. So i looked down the stimulant drink isle in Tesco's, and saw a little silver bottle. I had never seen it before, so i was intregued. I picked one up, and it said "The Elixer of Life, Full of vitamins and minerals". And to make sure, No caffiene! None!

 A sucker for a bottle

Advantages: contains loads of vitamins, pleasantish taste, not too carbonated
Disadvantages: bottle too small to quench thirst, not that good value for money
I first came across Purdey’s Multivitamin Fruit Drink whilst wandering through London in late July, on a stiflingly hot day. Purdey Good Stuff!

Advantages: Non-carbonated, Non-caffeinated, tasty.
Disadvantages: Expensive for a small 300ml bottle.
...is Carbonated and Caffeinated, whereas Purdey's contains neither of these.

Advantages: works well, no side effects
Disadvantages: can be hard to get hold of as not often stocked in normal shops
...There are two types of purdey's one that comes in a gold bottle and one in a silver.
The silver one is rejuvenation and I am not sure what the gold one is called but I think it might active body.
The silver one is currently on special offer in Hollands and Barrett two for the price of one. One normally costs £1.34.

...was given a bottle of Purdey's Active Life Multivitamin Fruit Drink free, as part of a promotion. I've seen it on sale for between £1 and £2 at various stores and the price has always put me off somewhat so when I was offered some, I was glad to finally try it.
Given the price, it's a rather average drink. It tastes quite funny and bitter but that's not surprising when you consider the ingredients.

I'm a big fan of Purdey's Active Life. It is refreshing, tastes great, and really gives you a boost of vitality, perfect for hangovers. It is full of multivitamins and fruit juices but is not too sweet.
