    This category does not specify which size of round Pyrex dish so I am generalising. I have used, own and have had many Pyrex Glass Round Casseroles in varying sizes over the past 40 years. Pyrex glass casseroles are made in several different sizes. 0.75L, 1.25L 2.0L, 2.5L 3.0L, 3.75L and probably more The top circumference of the casserole is a tiny bit bigger than the base. The depth of these casseroles is good. Each casserole has 2 little handles formed out of the same glass.     The round Pyrex casserole dish that I have is quite old. It was given to me as a wedding gift when I got married a little over 15 years ago, and it’s been used a lot since then! In fact, I’d say this is probably one of my most used pieces of kitchen cookware because of its versatility. All round Pyrex casserole dishes are designed in roughly the same way, and have been for years, so if you went out today and bought one you would still be getting the same thing as I have in my kitchen.     When my Nan went into a nursing home we had to sell her house and sort the contents out. At the time I was a student and so I had a load of her kitchenware, most of it has since being broken or thrown away due to old age, but I still have a number of her Pyrex dishes. She went into a home at least 10 years ago and I can remember her using some of these dishes when I was a child, so they could easily be well over 30 years old. One of the Pyrex dishes I have is the Pyrex casserole dish, which I don't tend to use for casseroles as I have a Le Creuset casserole pot (its much bigger) however I do ... more
