I enjoy cooking when I have enough time and we tend to eat a lot of roasted vegetables in our house and this Pyrex roasting dish is what I tend to use for this. Pyrex is probably the most well known name for its tough ovenproof glass cookware. The glass is very strong so can withstand high temperatures, the higest I have used is 250c. Pyrex dishes can be used in the oven, microwave and freezer (this one is way too big for my microwave though!.
