Very high individual Pand P as people have said also puts me off shopping with QVC and then you have to pay to send it back should it not be as you'd hoped. Some merchandise is good value even with the high rates of p and p like Decleor but some of the clothes for example are very poor quality, particularly QVC's leading brands that are made entirely from stretch fabric.
