...the treatment I received from Quantex UK. The delivery time I was quoted was 2 weeks, which turned into 6 weeks by the time it arrived. The plug and play problem occurred early on and I followed up with an email to their technical support address. No reply. And no reply to the following four emails sent to the same address. Disadvantages: Less than ideal customer service

I bought a Quantex PC because of its good value and good reviews. I wasn't dissapointed with the specification of the system, but the technical support was slightly lacking. I had problems from the start with incorrect drivers being supplied by Quantex for the soundcard. The company is American and so is the technical support, so ringing them involves ringing a national number and being connected to the customer service centre in America. This ... Read review
