Advantages Advantages Its yummy and fun

Disadvantages Disadvantages Its messy...or is that just me?

I have finally come to the conclusion that I have as much chance publishing "Clinton's Cuisine" as I have of actually receiving a payment/straight answer off the CSA. So I am going to share some of my fave's with you…but don't tell my sister because I refused to tell her tee hee! Today is Ensaladia Ruso. Aka Jessian salad. A Tapas dish. Tapas (meaning "cover" -apparently brought about by people covering their drinks to protect from flies with a piece of food such as flat bread or a different opinion which I personally prefer is that the wine seved was so vile that strong cheese was served to ... more

. A DEDICATION: Are you tired of sharing tasty (and tasteful) recipes with your friends (or choirboy-faced nephews, as the case may be), who, upon realizing they've gotten their grubby paws on a winner, go on to make a fortune marketing/publishing your sacred culinary concoction as their own? My Aunt Gertrude, a stripper and part-time gravedigger who lives in a HotPoint™ refrigerator box in one of the many fine allies that make up Hoboken, New Jersey's skid row, has generously permitted me to publish the following recipe. It has become an enduring favourite of recovering bolemics and Neo-Roman ... more

Advantages Advantages Simple, quick and easy.

Disadvantages Disadvantages Not quite as easy as a takeaway!

We have all been there, late night after work, forgotten to pick up vital items from the shops, or just too tired to cook something more substantial. What dishes can easily be pulled together to make it look like you have gone to a little bit of effort! First off I think it is important to list some essentials that every home needs for emergency dinners: Tins, tins and more tins - yes tins in every form baked beans, condensed soup, tuna, sweetcorn, the cans keep for years and are always useful in creating a hearty meal. Never forget tinned tomatoes or passata can always help create a ... more

I love spicy food and I love cooking but I work very long hours and just want to veg in front of the tv when I get in. I hate ready meals, I think they are tasteless and overpriced. Plus they don't leave me any leftovers to take to work for my lunch :-D To solve my tea time dilemma I have been experimenting with a few of my favourite recipies. Most cookbooks have so many stages and lists of instructions that it takes forever to follow them. I was sure I could simplify some of them and this chilli recipe is one of my successes. You don't need to stir and simmer after adding every ingredient - I ... more

Needless to say, this could be a terrible mistake for you all but seeing as you asked soooooooo nicely, I will avail you of a strange but true story (well, sort of) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I'm not sure that I've ever mentioned it before but I am renowned in the kitchen. As I get older I seem to be having more & more dinner parties. I have been cooking since the age of about 14 & have become a master of creating something from the most unlikely odds & ends in the cupboard. I present for your delectation 3 dishes which are quick & easy & would fall loosely into the Chinese food category. Your life will be much easier if you have an electric hand whisk. I will assume you are doing all of these & storing in the fridge until its time to cook as they all cook quite quickly. Disadvantages Disadvantages does not appeal to all

When I was little, my mum used to make herself a pasta dish for herself, something I'd not dream of eating at the time; it looked utterly revolting! A few years ago though, when she made it again when I went to stay with her for a week, I gave it a sample, my taste buds much more adapt by now. I fell in love with it straight away, and now find myself preparing it for myself, though I have adapted it slightly! ***** To make one portion of the dish, you will need the following quantities of ingredients; 75g pasta shells 60g tuna Tablespoon of sweetcorn Two 'dollops' of mayonnaise 30g grated ... more
