By 'popular' request, I have decided to outline my recipe for Tuna Curry. The staple of my university years, this is a nice filling meal which you can cook in about quarter of an hour. There's a few spices and stuff which can make the initial cost quite high, but most of the ingredients are staples which will come in useful, and a good investment for any kitchen cupboard.
So.
Tuna Curry (serves 2)
1) Peel an onion, chop in half and then slice ... ...in about a tablespoon of oil (when I was a student I used standard vegetable oil, now I tend to use sesame oil) along with a finely chopped clove of garlic.
2) When the onion and garlic are turning a nice golden-brown colour, add a teaspoon of Hot curry powder. Stir and fry for about a minute, and then add a 185g tin of Tuna Chunks in Oil. Do not drain the tin when you open it as this will result in a very dry dish indeed.
3) Stir the tuna into ...
