A head turner

Advantages: Big rear wheels make steps a doddle, great with Cabrio car seat
Disadvantages: Flimsy, doesn't quite work as a complete travel system, annoying front wheel

...use, it does make the Quinny feel flimsier than it looks. Also, when negotiating steps, this makes it difficult to control the 'landing' which can make things bumpy for the little occupant. By far the greatest niggle is the way the front wheel behaves on smooth-ish surfaces. On a certain type of tiled floor, when you turn sharply the tyre on the swiveling wheel loses its grip and the wheel sticks in a sideways position, refusing to straighten up ...
...this is really where the Quinny Buzz doesn't quite make the grade as a "travel system." In the ideal world a pushchair would look as great as the Buzz, and would trundle along as smoothly, but it would also be able to carry a newborn baby lying flat and sitting up, without having to change the whole top of the thing. Even using the proper pushchair seat, there is a compromise. Lying flat on her back, the baby's legs stick up in the air, as the backrest ...

Baby Needs a New Set of Wheels!!

Advantages: Light weight, easy to use, compact
Disadvantages: No shopping basket

...research, we decided on the Quinny Buzz. The Quinny Buzz has a unique 'gas spring' technology which means it can be unfolded with one hand. YES!!! That is right! ONE HAND! It is very light. I literally pick it out of the boot with one hand. Place it on the ground. Then slightly pull up on the handle and like MAGIC, it unfolds! The washable seat unit can face forward or backward and be adjusted to lie virtually flat making the pushchair suitable ...
...to face TOWARDS the person pushing them for two reasons. One reason is that the adult can keep a good eye on the little one and the other reason is so that the baby can interact with the adult which aids language development. All wheels have suspension and the highly maneuverable front swivel wheel can also be locked. This is an added bonus if you happen to be by yourself and the car is parked on an incline. You don't want "Jr." rolling down the ...

Quinny the best!!

Advantages: Comfortable, easy to use, perfect travel system
Disadvantages: Can be expensive, need to buy a extras

Before purchasing the Quinny Buzz I spent hours and hours reading reviews so as to make sure that I was making the right choice - which I did. So for this reason I am going to try to keep this review very simple and to the point. I have the Quinny Buzz 2008 3 wheel model in strawberry. With it I purchased the Dreami carry cot, Maxi Cosi car seat and strawberry coloured footmuff. In total I paid £514 from Kiddisave.com The frame and pushchair - ...
...is very jealous of the Quinny for the rear facing option. The footmuff is a must accessory for the winter months. It zips up right around the baby just like a sleeping bag and gives you total piece of mind. I didn't buy the shopping basket but would definitely consider getting one. The black bag that attaches to the frame is excellent for storing your raincover. I also bought a cheap parasol without the special clip for the Quinny frame. This was ...

QUINNY BUZZ SYSYEM - MY BEST BUY EVER!!

Advantages: Lightweight. Easily manoeuvered. Rear wheels clip off for easy storage.Forward or rearward facing pushchair.
Disadvantages: Large rear wheels make whole frame quite wide when manoeuvering around rails in clothes shops.

...only faced away and the Quinny Buzz was one of the only pushchairs that offered me the choice of a forward or rearward facing seat. As for fitting into my boot, I was having real problems with this. None of the pushcairs I looked at were going to fit, until I saw the Quinny Buzz. The great thing about this is that the two large rear wheels clip off and on at the press of a button reducing the overall size of the frame for storage - BRILLIANT!! I ...

My best mummy buy!!!

Advantages: Light weight, folds easily, drives amazingly
Disadvantages: Can be bulky to store

...I did not buy the Quinny nappy bag as i had already picked one for myself but that was around £40 which is an average price and they do it in colours to match your pram. ===Colours=== I picked my pram in the 'Gold' colour option. This was from the 2008 range. It's a lovely yellow and brown colour. The carry cot was brown with a yellow lining and the seat unit is all yellow. They now have lovely colours for 2009. Lots of pale colours that would ...

To Buzz Or Not To Buzz....

Advantages: Looks, Assembly
Disadvantages: No shopping basket, price

I purchased the Quinny Buzz after nearly the full term of pregnancy looking at EVERY buggy around and I settled on the Buzz mainly because of it's looks, so imagine how happy I was with it's practicality. When the Buzz frame is folded down, it does take up quite a bit of room in my car, but it's so great and easy to take it out of your car and pull the handle with one hand and see it unfold before your very eyes, which makes it a doddle to use for ...
...depending on store. The Quinny has three wheels, the foremost of which has a switch on it to make it able to swivel or stay stationary, and the back wheels are inflatable via a pump, which is also included in the price. The handle is adjustable to suit most people's height although the distance between the height settings seems a tad odd. The pushchair has three positions, sitting, angled and laying flat, and has the option of being front or rear ...

QUINNY BUZZ 2007/2008 MODELS

Advantages: Interact with child on a one to one, comfy for child
Disadvantages: no instructions to fit the XL seat onto frame, very small shopping basket

...a single pram/stroller. Bought a quinny buzz but the new 2007 version. Like the pram. Folds nicely, comfy seating for the child. Good size to get in and out of shops and shop isles. However, I have the XL seat which is a new addition to quinny buzz models but i cannot and i mean cannot find any instruction on how to change the seat covers over on the frame. I am now searching on google and thats where i have found this site but will continue to ...
...shopping. I love my quinny buzz and its a lovely pram to push. The best part is i can face my child toward me so i can talk to her point and tell her what things are which is helping her speech. She does face the other way too but she doesnt talk much then but she does look around lots and takes visuals in. The canopy of the buzz 2007 is a lot more shading to the child also compared to previous model. All in all a great pram and anytime you want ...

A Fabulous Pram

Advantages: Ease of use and Everythings Ajustable
Disadvantages: Price and Small shopping basket

...papas java aria, and the quinny buzz. We choose the quinny buzz for a few reasons. Mainly because it was stylish and fits in the boot!! (only the frame and if you take the back wheels off). Well we got it home put it together and never looked back. We've got the whole package the Seat Unit, Dreami Carry cot, Maxi Cosi car seat, Footmuff, Rain cover and Fly net. The pram is so easy too use all the bits change quite easily, the carry cot and car seat ...
...the frame. Each part has a seperate raincover, the seat unit is easy to get on, but i find it takes two people to get the carry cot one on. The frame is a fabulous design. The clip off back wheels were a life saver for us as it fits in the boot perfect with them off. Putting the pram up is easy too you just need to flick and it pops up and its done. Folding it down is easy too just press the buttons and pull. The big back wheels make it very easy ...

Quinny Buzz 3-Wheel All Terain Buggy

Advantages: Comfortable, stylish, durable
Disadvantages: Heavy, expensive

I have used the Quinny Buzz for my son since his birth. I bought the Dreami carrycot which fits on the same chassis and used that when he was very tiny in the winter. But with hindsight that was an unnecessary extravagence because the main pushchair part is extremely comfortable. In the rear-facing position it reclines to an almost flat position. Advantages: a) The look - even though there are now a few more of these around than when I got mine ...
...the point where people will stop me in the street/supermarket, etc and comment on the buggy. Women will usually comment on the baby too, men just look at the buggy and ignore the baby! b) You really can go anywhere with this - fields and grass, gravel, cobblestones, up and down curbs, no problem at all. c) Good customer service - once a screw on one side broke and I contacted Dorel customer services and they sent out two new screws free of charge ...

quiny buzz 2008 excellent

Advantages: compact fold one handed opening very spacious
Disadvantages: heavy chassis when folded parts hard to get hold of

...i chose to try the quinny buzz going against all the bad reviews i had read ! I found this buggy fantastic not only is it a compact fold its sturdy ! my quinny buzz came with the 2 seats the first foam instert was suitable from birth to 18 months and the 2nd seat was from 18 months to 3 years the buggy has plenty of room in both the first foam seat and the second stage seat and both are washable which is a fantastic feature. it also has 3 recline ...
...is easily removed and can be opened like a gate making it even easier to get baby in and out . there are many excellent features with this buggy such as adjustable footrest - removable wheels - shopping basket- baby bag to hold raincover and tyre pump - one handed opening and folding - adjustable handle - sunshade - carseat adaptors - 2 way seating - 5 point harness. i would go as far to say this was the best buggy i have ever bought and believe ...

Great buggy for styleconcious

Advantages: manouvreable, nice to look at, comfy & safe for my baby
Disadvantages: very wide, tiny shopping basket

I bought this with the cabriofix carseat and dreami carrycot. It is an excellent and practical option although I have found a few minus points. It is brilliant and easy to steer and the big rear wheels make steps and bumpy ground really easy, however the single wheel at the front makes kerbs a bit awkward. I love having my son facing me in the buggy and he also likes to face away sometimes, especially when out in the countryside as he can look ...
...he can sit really upright with us at the table (though just not quite as high) The carseat fixes onto it in just seconds, though having to add and remove the adaptors for this can be annoying (and difficult with long nails I would imagine) but it does make shopping really easy and keeps the pushchair less bulky than many. The rear wheels are too wide I think, although they fit through doorways many shops just arent built to cope with wide buggys ...

To buy or not to buy? I'm glad I did Mr Buzz!

Advantages: Very manoeuvrable, hydrolic fold, adaptable system
Disadvantages: Big wheels, small shopping basket

...were going to get the Quinny Buzz, however, I was hesitant because I could not stand the size of the back wheels! I felt like I was pushing a bus when using it and was very conscious of it fitting through doors. I was absolutely scared that it wouldn't fit through our front door, let alone a shop door! However, I was pleasantly surprised that not only did it fit through my front door; it can also fit on the bus!! It also fits in the boot of my car, ...
...not much trouble as you get used to it. I didn't get the pram attachment; I had the Maxi Cosi car seat, so just having the frame was a god send! It was really handy to use and made light work of exhausting shopping trips! It also made it look very compact so I didn't feel like I was ferrying the QE2 around! There isn't much room for shopping if you use the basket, but the net is sufficient for a bag or two of shopping. I used to tie my bags to the ...

easy buzz

Advantages: simple design no clutter, excellent folding style
Disadvantages: parasol knocks off, shoping basket may be too small for some

A good stable pushchair, easy to push, maybe a little wide but this does indeed make it more stable so I prefer it that way. At present we only use it with the cabriofix car seat. The chair isnt the lightest but its not so heavy as to be a problem, folding it up is truly a breeze and its easy to pick up and swing into the car boot. I like the fact that it is a no nonsense chair not trying to be all things to all people. This keeps it simple to operate ...
...car seat the pushchair seat is removed and stays at home..why lumber both seats around when you are only ever going to use one at once? Our buzz has the shopping basket which isnt huge but normally big enough. we also have a parasol which works well apart from the fact that its easily knocked off the frame...equally easy to re-attach but very frustrating. When we do start using the pushchair seat a great bonus is you can rear face the seat if you ...

I love my Buzz!

Advantages: Great for bad back, stylish, steers easily
Disadvantages: Handlebar slightly flimsy, shopping basket is small

I have been using the Buzz for 6 months now and have got on really well with it. I have severe back problems and the fact I can just kick the Buzz and it puts itself up is a big bonus. I have had to WD40 the chassis though to get it to close smoothly but that is a minor issue. The extending handlebar is great as my husband is 6 foot 2 but sometimes it feels a little wobbly - especially if you are lifting the Buzz up steps etc. I love the fact the ...
...we have used it much more than I thought I would. We also had the Dreami carrycot which we didn't get as much use out of as I wanted to as the baby got too nosy before she grew out of it! It was good whilst we used it though the fly net is a pain to attach. We are now using the push chair part with the cosi toes and it keep the baby very warm though I think the cosi toes will look massive until she is 18 months old! We have used it offroad on ...
