Advantages Advantages Big rear wheels make steps a doddle, great with Cabrio car seat

Disadvantages Disadvantages Flimsy, doesn't quite work as a complete travel system, annoying front wheel

We bought our flame-red Buzz while my wife was still pregnant, and went for the whole package - Dreami carry cot, Maxi-Cosi Cabrio baby carrier/car seat. We've been using it for eight months now, so time to take stock... The first thing that struck me about the Buzz, apart from its looks (which, with hindsight, perhaps played too great a part in our decision), was the fact that it seems quite 'rickety' compared to other pushchairs. The handlebar is slotted onto two plastic stubs, and held in place with a couple of rivets. There are also some screws holding the joints of the folding mechanism ... more

Advantages Advantages Nice look, highly manouverable, lightweight, compact, easy to use

Disadvantages Disadvantages Not alot of space for bags/shopping

When we first went out shopping for pushchairs we had a few things that it needed to be.... compact (due to boot space),comfortable for my little one, easy to open and close and also nice look to it..... The quinny buzz is all of these things..... and more ...... The pushchair is very lightweight and versatile as you can use it with the pushchair unit, the dreami carrycot or the maxi cosi cabrio carseat .The pushchair unit can be rear of forward facing which is not only great for you child but also for you as a parent. The seat also has 3 reclining and sitting options. The pushchair also comes ... more

Advantages Advantages Comfortable, easy to use, perfect travel system

Disadvantages Disadvantages Can be expensive, need to buy a extras

Before purchasing the Quinny Buzz I spent hours and hours reading reviews so as to make sure that I was making the right choice - which I did. So for this reason I am going to try to keep this review very simple and to the point. I have the Quinny Buzz 2008 3 wheel model in strawberry. With it I purchased the Dreami carry cot, Maxi Cosi car seat and strawberry coloured footmuff. In total I paid £514 from Kiddisave.com The frame and pushchair - folds down really easily and is easy to pick up and carry. Fits into the boot of our Ford Focus with 1 wheel removed or if back seat is slightly forward ... more

Ok, Mummy got her new wheels! Now baby needs his!! Hey, there are so many pushchairs out there I had NO idea what to get our little one. I wanted him to be comfortable. However, I wanted it to be easy for mummy, daddy and grandparents to use and not take an hour getting in and out the car. After much research, we decided on the Quinny Buzz. The Quinny Buzz has a unique 'gas spring' technology which means it can be unfolded with one hand. YES!!! That is right! ONE HAND! It is very light. I literally pick it out of the boot with one hand. Place it on the ground. Then slightly pull up on the ... more

Advantages Advantages Lightweight. Easily manoeuvered. Rear wheels clip off for easy storage.Forward or rearward facing pushchair.

Disadvantages Disadvantages Large rear wheels make whole frame quite wide when manoeuvering around rails in clothes shops.

My second child was due in July 06 and as my eldest child was about to turn 8, you can imagine the pram I had for her, while still in good condition, was very outdated. When buying a pram for the second time, you are much more aware of what exactly you want, having experienced the pros and cons of pram usage before!! The two factors that were most important to me were being able to fit the frame and pushchair into my boot (I drove a ford Ka at the time) and having a pushchair that could face towards me so that I could talk and sing with this child as I had done with my first. I found that the ... more

    Advantages Advantages Looks, Assembly

Disadvantages Disadvantages No shopping basket, price

I purchased the Quinny Buzz after nearly the full term of pregnancy looking at EVERY buggy around and I settled on the Buzz mainly because of it's looks, so imagine how happy I was with it's practicality. When the Buzz frame is folded down, it does take up quite a bit of room in my car, but it's so great and easy to take it out of your car and pull the handle with one hand and see it unfold before your very eyes, which makes it a doddle to use for men too! It's easy to attach the car seat which can be used from birth to 9 months, the push chair is easy enough to attach which can be used from ... more

Advantages Advantages Interact with child on a one to one, comfy for child

Disadvantages Disadvantages no instructions to fit the XL seat onto frame, very small shopping basket

Sold my phil & teds for a single pram/stroller. Bought a quinny buzz but the new 2007 version. Like the pram. Folds nicely, comfy seating for the child. Good size to get in and out of shops and shop isles. However, I have the XL seat which is a new addition to quinny buzz models but i cannot and i mean cannot find any instruction on how to change the seat covers over on the frame. I am now searching on google and thats where i have found this site but will continue to search some more. I think the pram is priced to sell in a competitive market as the look and style has been temed with comfort ... more

Well... i needed a pram with a difference when i found out i was pregnant. It had to fit in the boot of a classic mini, yes the old one!! So after weeks of looking at various prams that wouldn't fit we narrowed it down too the mamas and papas java aria, and the quinny buzz. We choose the quinny buzz for a few reasons. Mainly because it was stylish and fits in the boot!! (only the frame and if you take the back wheels off). Well we got it home put it together and never looked back. We've got the whole package the Seat Unit, Dreami Carry cot, Maxi Cosi car seat, Footmuff, Rain cover and Fly net ... more

    Advantages Advantages Comfortable, stylish, durable

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Heavy, expensive

I have used the Quinny Buzz for my son since his birth. I bought the Dreami carrycot which fits on the same chassis and used that when he was very tiny in the winter. But with hindsight that was an unnecessary extravagence because the main pushchair part is extremely comfortable. In the rear-facing position it reclines to an almost flat position. Advantages: a) The look - even though there are now a few more of these around than when I got mine last year, it still attracts a lot of attention, to the point where people will stop me in the street/supermarket, etc and comment on the buggy.
