My wife loves the feminine version of this fragrance. She has to because I buy it for her and I would sulk otherwise. So I suppose it was inevitable that she would try the male version.
She likes it, especially for the evening. I like it for what it does for her. Even if I did not like it I would have to have it for the bottle. Looks pretty impressive on wherever you keep your perfumery lads.

Advantages: Good evening fragrance, classic, masculine, excellent staying power. Quality and well designed package. Disadvantages: Older fragrance, may seem les original for todays standards.
Safari is a classic masculine aftershave for evening wear, and that's exactly how I use it. The word classic sums it up perfectly as well, as it smells like you new this fragrance all your life, and it has many imitators. This is the original. Many people associate this with an older man due to it's woody aromatic smell; the more appropriate label would be a strong, relaxed, mature scent, more sophisticated than playful.
I like to wear this on nights ... ...the scent. I've also applied this in the morning, and can still smell it late into the evening.
If you are looking for originality, this will seem a bit old fashioned and probably isn't your thing. But, if you want a classic, noticable and top evening aftershave for a moderate price, this fits the bill perfectly! George Williams ( http://www.georgelwilliams.com ) ...
