I was recently looking for a cooker hood. The particular item I was looking for was offered by many suppliers on their web sites at varying prices. When looking to buy only RDO held stock, where all other suppliers offered a 10 day to 3 week delivery option. On the phone the RDO sales agent I spoke to was helpful and knowlegable being able to answer directly or find the answer to my questions. I don't write complimentary reviews. I expect web sites to work and I do the research so I get the credit (or blame). But stripping out and refitting a new kitchen means making a lot of expensive decisions and coordinating supplies and workmen, so it's hard work with plenty of opportunity for costly errors. RDO were just perfect! They advised on my selection of products. They double-checked product availability. They held back stock until I was ready. They added an extra item at the last minute.
