great book
Review of Reaper Man - Terry Pratchett by Jingle

Advantages: getting to read a trully funny book
Disadvantages: none

When I bought this book second hand from Oxfam it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Terry Pratchett is a comic genius who still manages to instill some drama into his writing. The book essetially deals with Deaths forced retirement, a problem which many people face today. The way Pratchett develops Death's character in this book is excellent and you get to see what a truly caring person he really is.I would reccomend this book to everyone. ... Read review

Review of Reaper Man - Terry Pratchett by Pinkbonsai

I love Death! Strange way to start a sentence but he is one of my favourites... This book sees death try to understand humanity and an un-dead wizard try to commit suicide...

This book has an excellent array of characters, the wizards are so funny and Death is as great as usual. I particularly liked all the different storylines going at the same time: The Fresh Start Club led by Reg Shoe with Lupine and now Windle Poons, the Wizards trying to completely kill Windle Poons and then having to deal ...
