Advantages Advantages You can see exactly what food your dog is eating

Disadvantages Disadvantages biscuits are a bit messy to shape

I mentioned to my friend that lives in America that my poodle called Scrumptious been ordered by the vet to lose a few kilos so she sent me some healthy recipes which I have tried to convert as they were all in cups and I still use ounces of grams. Scrumptious has a passion for anything with cheese in it so I don't mind her having a little bit if it is used as a treat. Scrumptious dog treats Ingredients: 8oz chopped parsley 2oz carrots, chopped very fine 2oz shredded mozzarella or parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons olive oil 20oz whole wheat flour 2 tablespoons bran 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 to ... more

    Advantages Advantages Dogs love them!!!!!!!!!

Disadvantages Disadvantages It does smell awful!!!

These do smell terrible whilst cooking, but they are natural and contain no preservatives or additives which is good for those dogs that have allergies and dodgy tummies!! Ingredients: 1lb Liver 1 Garlic clove (optional but improves flavour, not that I know personally!) Method: 1: Bring the liver to the boil in a little water. ( add the Garlic if you're using it) 2: Simmer for about 5 minutes untill cooked through. 3: Drain on kitchen paper and cut into small pieces. 4: Spread on a baking sheetand bake at about 150 degrees C for about half an hour. 5: Turn off oven and leave until cold. (a bit ... more
