Red FAILED to turn up 5 times- yes 4 times. The first 2 times with one instructor and the next 3 times with another instructor- both of course having a long list of colourful excuses! Having made time and paid for childcare,I was not impressed! Being one to give people the benefit of the doubt, i gave them a chance hoped that this national brand would deliver at least one of their promises! Red were unapologetic and said 'we'll call to find out what has happened' and that 'there's not much we can do as they are self employed'! As they are not cheap, I would have expected better!
