Very happy with all aspects of the order. The website was a breeze to use, the staff called within about an hour of me placing the order to arrange delivery and offer a recycling service for my old beaten-up machine. The machine was delivered the following week. I phoned on the morning of delivery for a time slot, and lo and behold the driver turned up slap bang in the middle of it. The driver positioned my machine just where i wanted it and took the old one. Great effort. Thanks

Next received an acknowledgement telephone call and recipt by post on the folloing date. Delivery time and date received well in advace. Deliverd within the scheduled time. Very happy customer. Couldn't ask for more from the cheapest on the net. I ordered a washing machine on Saturday night, received a phone call on Monday AM to arrange delivery for that Wednesday. The machine actually turned up before the invoice did. This company only deliver to certain areas on certain days, so you may need to be aware of this, but Wednesday suited me just fine. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the driver put the machine in the kitchen for me. The machine works fine, and i will definitely use again!

I was happy from start to finish really. I had ordered a washing machine from Curry's that arrived almost a fortnight late and very badly damaged. I didn't accept the machine and cancelled the order after being told the new machine would be another fortnight! I spoke with a very pleasant man at Redhillappliances.co.uk, who confirmed that they had the exact same machine in stock and £18 cheaper. As i live fairly close to them they were able to arrange delivery and installation two days later. Great service!

load of rubbish! waited a long time for any correspondence & then it was only the reciept. they wait for your money to clear then give you no indication when they would deliver. after phoning in mid week they said no room on truck for a friday delivery would have to be the following friday. when i complained they sarcastically said they would put it on the magic truck & deliver! good job they are so far away or i would punch the weasel on the nose. pay the difference & use someone else

We were a little concerned original due to the variation in prices to competitors, when its a bargain thats too good to be true but we very happy with the overall services and the product we purchased, redhill will now be our first port of call in the future.

Kept informed throughout. Delay of machine from Bosch but informed us. Delivered on time, early in fact but delivery driver phoned to check this was okay. Overall a deceny company to deal with, many thanks, very happy.
