Two years ago, I spoke to my doctor about taking diet pills. I had become very depressed about my weight and despite going to the gym and trying to eat healthier, my weight was not shifting. Reductil is a capsule designed to assist in weight loss I have used it on two seperate occasions and have been sucessful both times. I first heard of reductil through my doctors surgery about five years ago. I wanted to loose weight. I was told that if I could show some improvment on my own in a month then I could be perscribed a medication that would help me too. I was perscribed reductil. I have always struggled with my weight and finally decideded I had had enough and needed to do something. So I went to my G.P to ask for help... the first time I had ever had enough courage to ask any one for help with my weight!! It was the best thing I have ever done.. She perscribed Reductil and although it certainaly is not a miracle cure it really does make you feel full on less food. I also attend a slimming club every week as you also need to follow a sensible diet. I have been on Reductil for 6 months, alongside the slimming club( which i have been to numerous times before but never succeded!!) and have lost 3 stone .... only another 3 to go!! :( No side effects as yet!! ...

I started to use the 15mg reductil on Wednesday (its now Sunday), as I have a very sweet tooth it has been a good option for myself to help combat the cravings. From the first day I could feel the tablet working, I no longer craved any type of food or sweets, I eat only when im hungry, which is around 4-5hrs etc (normal meal times), but when it comes to portion size im eating less than half what I would normally do. As I feel to be getting that extra ...
...I now try to choose a healthier option & there is no snacking between meals at all. The down side is Im more thirsty, but I suppose this is a good thing really as I dont drink much anyway. I have not noticed any other side effects but it is early days. In four days I have lost 4lbs but I expect the rate of loss to decrease over the next few weeks. Well i started on reductil 3 months ago and so far have lost 2st 9lb.Im really pleased with it as it seems to have given me so much energy but i think it may have stopped my periods? not sure as im 47 and may be going through the change but im scared to go to the doctors in case she takes me off it.Im so happy as look so much better and my asthma has improved so would recommend it to anyone. ...

I have taken Reductil many times in the past when i have put a stone or two on. All of my family have problems with slimming, it seems to take twice as much effort for us to slim than anyone else, we are sure we have slower metabolisms. I know plenty of lucky people who can eat what they like and never put weight on which makes me so miserable, i work so hard just to keep weight off whilst others can really enjoy themselves eating whatever they ...
...me it always has.The reason it works so well for me is because i really WANT to lose weight - i am more than happy to stick to 3 healthy meals a day without any snacks or goodies when i am taking a course of Reductil. You can't buy this product and expect it to do all the work for you, what i mean is - your appetite will become extremely surpressed, you won't be bothered about food and you will find that you look up at the clock and lunch / dinner ...

I took Reductil few months back then and it was a horrible experience for me! I experience mood swings and dry mouth. During the one month, my appetite decreased tremendously and I feel bloated almost all the time. I also experienced insomnia, which caused me to have headaches. I felt energetic and awake all the time, also with an increase of heart rate. loss a total of 5kg taking Reductil for 1 month. After that that one month, I stopped. My appetite ...
...the 5kg I loss, plus an extra 3kg. I guess one of the consequences of stopping reductil is weight rebound. This is due to my cravings for junks all the while after stopping reductil.. I have used reductil three times over the last two years. The first time was the most sucessful, i lost over three stone in just over three months The other two times I used it were to regulate my weight loss, when I started to gain weight, I would use reductil to keep it off. Side affects for me included increased energy levels, i could zoom through the housework, irratability, I can become snappy and short tempered, feeling hot and on occasion ...
...of the pill outweigh the sideaffects by a long chalk. I would definatly recommomend them to anyone struggling with their weight but one word of warning, you have to WANT to loose weight, they are not a mirical cure and if you want to eat on them you can, they just help to surpress your appitie not take it away all together. ...
