I got these straighteners with some christmas money at Boots and they are in excellent condition. They came with a 2 year guarantee, so I definatley know they are made to last. They leave my hair feeling silky smooth and straight without kinks, and I don't know what I'd do without them! They heat up to 200 degrees in 60 seconds, which is great. They are reasonably priced good straightners. They come in a good sized box with clear instructions and tips on how to manage your hair. They heat up quickly to a hight temperature +but sometimes the plastic on the side near the ceramic plates can get quite hot too. These are really good hair straighteners. They heat up quickly to about 200 degrees. Although they don't straighten hair as well as GHDs, hair looks more natural after use. I bought a pair of the old model 3 years ago and recently the connection failed. They had been so good though that I bought the new model immediately.
