Ok, these cost around £49.99 and you can get them from anywhere-Argos, Index etc. They heat up in around 10 seconds-it's only a few seconds more than GHD's anyway! They have ceramic plated irons, and are fairly slim, they have an on/off sliding button, and a red light appears when they are switched on-the only downfal ...

I was reluctant to buy until I knew they worked, and after using these at a friend's I decided to get them. I have tried a few different straighteners in my time and up to now 6.08.04 i have not found any better than these. I have quite thick naturaly wavy hair. My hair tends to take on a very frizzy state if i leave it to dry on it lonesome. The straighteners heat up in under 60 seconds (great if you get an unexpected call to get ready and get out straight away) , they get to quite a high temperature which is great for getting super straight hair.
