Renault Scenic II 1.9 dCi

In five days time the Scenic will depart for pastures new. It was up for replacement in March but a number of issues have meant it leaving now. Without going into huge detail I will bullit the points below. But my love affair with Renault and thier Dealers has ended, as they still can't seem to get customer service right. 1. Door lock sensors still a problem on key card cars 2. Worn engine mounts 3. The decision? I made the final decision to go for this car after developing back problems in pregnancy and then having trouble lifting the children in and out of our Mondeo (which I loved!). Thus making a higher up car seem like a good idea. At first I wasn't convinced when my husband suggest the Scenic. His other suggestions were Zafira and C8. When my Wife and I bought our 05 Scenic II we were confident we had made a good choice. The size of the car, economy and the styling were all to our liking. Three years on and these are all things we still love about the car. Unfortunately our experience of owning a Renault has been tainted by poor reliability and poor customers service. Within the first few months of owning the car,the handbrake warning light appeared.
