Revlon Colorstay Eyeliner is packed in a slimline wand pencil. I find it easy to apply, the lead has just the right consistency - not too hard and not too soft. Bonus - it does not need sharpening. Just wind out a millimetre when you need to - don't wind it out too far or the lead will break! The colour does 'stay' the whole day - I've never felt the need to touch up my lipliner since using this one.
I thought it was a bit expensive but it has lasted ...
