Sluuuurp Away Without The Calories

Advantages: Fruity flavour, less calories, often on offer
Disadvantages: Can be pricey if consumed frequently (when not on offer)

I used to love Ribena as a child, especially the ones in the little cartons. But once you start doing your own shopping you really notice how prices change and how expencive it can get. You also notice that one drink contains a lot of sugar and calories. When I came across the concentrate version of 'Really Light' Ribena it was the perfect solution for a refreshing drink. ...give you 10-20 glasses of Ribena so it works out quite well financially. They suggest approximately one part concentrate to 4 parts water. These have recently been on offer and are currently selling at £2.99 buy one get one free. We all know water is good for us and that we should be aiming to drink around 8 glasses a day, but for some people plain water can be quite hard to drink in such quantities.
