Driving from Bristol to home for 2 hours from the Equine Hospital to take my injured horse back home, we decided to stop at services to prevent overheating. Advantages Advantages Only 8 calories per 250ml, no fat

I don’t really drink soft drinks like Coca Cola ... more

Ribena ‘Really Light’ As a studying dentist, we’ve seen not only the fruity goodness that ribena brings to the mouth and the body in general, but also the claims to be ‘Friendly to teeth’ and i thought Id give you all a little review about really light and its history if your interested! Apart from it also being like my favourite drink.. apart from milk A bit of HISTORY Ribena launched Ribena Tooth Kind in 2005, a drink aimed at children which claimed to NOT cause TOOTH DECAY! This if you’re interested in the science is carried out by ions in the saliva, and Tooth Kind contained a reservoir of ... more

    Disadvantages Disadvantages weak flavour

Over the past few years, I have been trying to drink more water, and less fizzy drinks, but I find water a bit boring, and like to have flavoured drinks. However I have become all too aware of the sugar and calorie content in these drinks. So when I saw this really light ribena in my local poundland I had to give it a try. This ribena, is no added sugar raspberry and pomegranate. I love pomegranates, so this was another reason I had to try it. Packaging- The bottle I had was a 500ml bottle, I am not aware of other sizes being available in this flavour. It has a light baby blue cap. The label ... more
