Rimmel Eyebrow Pencil

...when she showed me the Rimmel Eyebrow Pencil. This looks just like any kohl or lip pencil. The only difference is that the top for this pencil has a little brush on it which is meant to be used to brush the hairs of your brows into place. Since I don't have much eyebrow hair, this does me little good, but I can imagine that those with unruly eyebrows would find this a very useful little addition. ...had great experiences with the Rimmel range before I was willing to give this a try on the basis that you can't really go too wrong with an eyebrow pencil! It is available in supposedly 4 colours, however, my Boots only ever stocks two colours - hazel and dark brown. Apparently it's also available in blonde and black. ...comb on it. In my opinion this is utterly pointless - what kind of bush woman really needs to comb her brows? If they're that bushy you pluck them! The bristles are also very bushy and thick and feel cheap and scratchy on the skin. Not a real issue for me though, since I don't use it. ...several eyebrow pencils, but my Rimmel is now a long-standing favourite, as it comes with a little brush on the lid with which to tame my brows once I've pencilled them in. The brush makes a big difference, as it seems to shepherd my brows into a nice arch. The pencil itself comes in four different shades, of which I can only comment on the Dark Brown, as this is the one that I use. The others are Black, Blonde and Hazel. The pencil goes on nicely, ...
...find that using light, short strokes of the pencil gives a really natural effect. Once I have done this, I use the brush to blend the pencil in with my actual brows, and voila! groomed eyebrows. For such an inexpensive pencil (about £2 when I bought it) it really has lasted very very well, considering that I use it every time that I wear make-up. I've had mine for over a year, and there is still a lot left. I'm sure you could find this for a bargain ...

Anyone who knows me knows that I obsess over my eyebrows. ...my eyebrows. I finally found Rimmel Grey 005. It seems now that this colour has been discontinued. Does anyone know where I locate any??? I have tried Hurricane Grey 164 Eye Liner pencil but they are too soft, not as hard as the Brow pencils. Maybe it is because I live in BC Canada that this particular shade of Rimmel's Eye Brow Pencil 005 Grey is no longer available as an Eye Brow pencil.
