Advantages: None Disadvantages: Battery Life and Cd recognition
After accumulating 100s of CD's over the past few years i decided it was time to get an Mp3 cd player, so i wouldnt have to haul around all my favourite cd's in a carry case, i could compile them all onto just a few CD-r's and carry them around, The Argos catalogue had a few mp3 cd players at the time, and this Rio-Volt was the one which i finally opted to go for, costing me around £100 with batteries and headphones included, The Cd player managed ... ...weeks, selecting tracks and recognising Title name and ID3 tags quickly and readily. IT was after this that the battery life within the CD player started to slip, Good quality batteries would only last a day or so (not with extended use!).
To add to this, the Cd-r's were sometimes no longer being recognised, and i would have to take the cd out and reinsert it to try again, much to the same result. To add to this, the manufacture of this CD player ...
