...seem to go back to Ruby and Millie mascara. Although it is a little bit on the pricey side, you do get what you pay for when it comes to mascara and really to feel that its worth spending that little bit more on something that I wear all the time. I probably wouldn't have brought this mascara normally, but there was a speciall offer on at the time. If you brought the lipgloss you got the mascara half price. Good deal to me, and I'm a sucker for them. I'm going to say right here though that, although it really shouldn't, the packaging really really does have an effect on what I buy. ...not to mention the desirable ruby and millie name being on it. BUT that doesn't mean it is as good in other ways. it goes on well, has a good shaped brush and it did give my eyes a subtle effect that i liked. however by the end of a long day it begins to smudge and that is not what you want.
