Advantages: Looks nice in the kitchen Disadvantages: only does 2 slices at once
...practicality and we bought the Russell Hobbs 10617.
It's definitely the nicest looking toaster I've seen and the frosted-ness of the glass means that it doesn't get fingerprint marks all over it which was one of our worries. It's very slim as well, which makes it easy to slide away somewhere (next to the breadbin in our case) to give more surface space for cooking or whatever.
As for practicality and general usefulness as a toaster it scores ...

Advantages: easy and simple to use, looks stylish Disadvantages: can be difficult to clean
This toaster most of all looks really good! it also has a matching kettle within the range and they both look so stylish in your kitchen, the mix of chrome, glass and a wooden handle is so modern, it has an eject button on it, which is so much nicer and classier! I really like the fact that you can alter the toaster speeds by pushing buttons rather than turning a nob on less modern ones! The only downside is that it only takes two peices of bread! ...
