Russell Hobbs 13402 Combi > Reviews

This was bought as a christmas present by my children. I trusted a manufacturer like Russel Hobbs thinking it would do what it said on the box. Wrong. No matter how hard I try, it won't heat anything via the steamer. The steamer is supposed to heat, and froth milk. How can it do this when the steam lasts about 5 seconds. Although 54, I am still stupid, I disposed of the box and therefore cannot return it to the supplier.

I quite agree this object is useless, but we still have the box and it's going back. I too trusted Russell Hobbs. Customer services said it worked alright for them. It sounded as if it's made for them by somebody else. All of my protests fell on deaf ears!!! DON'T BUY ONE.

Not the best machine for making espresso and foamed/steamed milk. but great at making filter coffee. I can Steam 2 cups of milk while making espresso.
