    Advantages Advantages A light bite that is low in calories and cost

    ~~The Purchase ~~I recently bought some lovely Ryvita original crispbread after developing a bit of an aversion to bread. So I had been looking for an alternative to replace my daily sandwich and the gluten free breads out there are somewhat expensive and tasteless to say the least. I chanced upon these original Ryvita's as I was browsing the biscuits and cracker aisle of my local supermarket and as I have not had these in years thought will give them a re-try.     As part of my battle to eat more healthy and lose that little bit of excess weight I’m carrying (only 7lb’s to go) I decided to buy myself some Ryvita. I always remember as a small child, mum having Original Ryvita in the cupboard which I always thought resembled some form of pitted cardboard, but I’m always up for giving things a try and if I don’t like them, bottom line, I don’t buy them again. what is Ryvita?     Ryvita Original Crisp Bread......... I used to think these looked and tasted horrible when I was little and Mum would buy them for her to eat at lunch times. Now I am older and slowly turning into my Mum I buy them on a regular basis and thoroughly enjoy them. They are a handy thing to always have in the cupboard as they are perfect if you are feeling peckish or indeed after something quick and easy for lunch.
