~~The Purchase ~~I recently bought some lovely Ryvita original crispbread after developing a bit of an aversion to bread. So I had been looking for an alternative to replace my daily sandwich and the gluten free breads out there are somewhat expensive and tasteless to say the least. As part of my battle to eat more healthy and lose that little bit of excess weight I’m carrying (only 7lb’s to go) I decided to buy myself some Ryvita. Ryvita Original Crisp Bread......... I used to think these looked and tasted horrible when I was little and Mum would buy them for her to eat at lunch times. Now I am older and slowly turning into my Mum I buy them on a regular basis and thoroughly enjoy them. They are a handy thing to always have in the cupboard as they are perfect if you are feeling peckish or indeed after something quick and easy for lunch.
