i had insurance for a 1600 escort and bought a different 1600 escort EXACTLY the same just different colour when i rang to CHANGE THE CAR ON MY POLICY the person done it wrong and RE-NEWED it and wacked 400 pounds a year ontop< after speaking to another advisor they said ' oh the was not ment to re-new it the was only ment to CHANGE the car' and now they are saying that ive still got to pay the extra 400 a year for a mistake that was not mine!!!!! so i fort ok then i will cancel the poilicy only tp be told its going to cost me 1000 pounds to cancel!!!!! so now im stuck with a rip off priced ...
