A Whole Lot of Car for the Money

Advantages: Solid, refined and an fantastic drive
Disadvantages: Fuel economy around town a wallet emptier

...couple of thousand on the Saab dealership prices. There are some great bargains to be had on these cars if you go out there and look for them. The car is a solid as they come, the moment to nuzzle into the soft leather seat you feel instantly at home, surrounded by a mass of walnut dash with an array of chunky controls easily in reach of the steering wheel, you get a certain sense of the quality that has been built into this Scandinavian masterpiece. ...
...in all, I don't regret choosing the Saab 93 over the many other cars in it's class. To my mind, you get a whole lot of car for the money, the knowing you're driving an executive car, and the appearance that you're a lot richer than you really are! ...

Long term user review of the Saab 9-3 Aero.

Advantages: Safe, fast, comfortable, and very beautiful.
Disadvantages: A bit expensive

...company car then..) brand new Saab 9-3 Aero (210hp) back in -04 I was very happy. I had taken a few months of reviewing several cars and brands before I decided to go for the Saab 9-3. Basically the choice where made on the looks of the car itself, the price compared to similar cars from other brands, safety and comfort since I spent all my time on the roads back then and the feeling of driving it. Actually, come to think of it, this was the most ...
...interior of the car since everyone that has seen one knows they simply are beautiful :) During the two years I spent in this car I drove approximately three laps around the earth which means that I had to sit comfortably. The seats in the car are real nice. You get the sporty feeling of them, they adjust perfectly and the fact that the headrests is one of the best around in case of being in an accident just makes them ultimate. The console and instruments ...

Standout from the crowd of 3 Series drivers

Advantages: Quick, comfortable and ecomomcial
Disadvantages: Dated dash layout

I have just purchased a Saab 9-3 SE 2.0T 2001 after looking at Golfs, Passats and A4s it was all down to price and value for money at first. That was until I drove the 9-3, WOW! I felt like I was in one of the Saab's fighter jets, yes just like the advert with dash all lit up like a Christmas tree. At first I was gentle with her getting use to the controls etc, then a quick squirt of the loud pedal and we were off. I thought I had made a mistake ...
...Control • Lit Sun Visor mirrors • Lockable Glovebox • Remote Central Locking • Remote Alarm • Electric Boot Release Over all, I love the Saab 9-3 it's smooth and quiet cruising on the motorway, the power and the under stated chic compared with the average 3 series and Audis we are surrounded by. ...

Saab 9-3 Aero Sport Saloon

...have ever own. Owning a Saab means is like standing out from the pack. Sick and tired of seeing BMW's everywhere, the decision to purchase a Saa 9-3 will be one that you would be happy with. Apart from being differnet to the typical german brands, the key benefit you get is having alot of car for less money. The 2 litre Aero provides Leather seats, 17 inch alloys, Climate, 6 CD changer and 6 speed gearbox for starters. The sweetest thing about this ...
...dial move is a joy in itself. The car is a joy to drive, smooth and calming, little noise and the most comfortable seats you would wish for. Along motorways it is in a differnt class, with enough space to comfortabvly seat 5 people and big boot space. The only drag is the fuel economy where you are luckcy to get 28MPG. But when you have so many other positives and delights to experience driving this, this soon becomes a little matter. Would i ...

A good car for an active lifestyle

Advantages: Style, saftey, comfort and reliablilty
Disadvantages: Urban motoring can be expensive

An all round good car, comfortable and easy to drive with a responsive engine, the five door version has excellent passenger space and a large boot. For motorway driving the comfort cannot be matched and economy is good, but around town it can be thirsty. Little or no road noise at speed and the supportive and comfortable driving position leave nothing to be desired. The classic styling does not age the car and the reputation of Saabs for reliability ...
