Chicken Curry with Chilli, well Frozen anyway.

Advantages: Quick and tasty
Disadvantages: Not that large, can burn fingers on the hot bags

...of the best options is Sainsbury's own brand of chicken curry. As I am sure you have guessed, the chicken curry is own available in branches of Sainsbury's!!! (although various other supermarkets do a similar version, this one is the best in my view). The curry itself is very reasonably priced at 99p per meal, which is significantly cheaper than any of its branded competitors. Also they have an offer of 5 for £4, which you can either buy 5 curries, ...
...Finally to sum up, I would recommend this meal to anyone, from a student wanting a lazy meal, to a working person eating in a rush, right through to a convinience meal when watching a football match on television, Sainsbury's have really hit the meal on the head with this!!! ...

A great tasting quick whole meal.

Advantages: Can cook from frozen in microwave or on the cooker
Disadvantages: Difficult to open the bags when they are hot.

I have tried many curries from a variety of shops and different makes, but I have found the Sainsburys chicken curry a very tasty, cheap meal and I feel the need to share my find with other people. As people know who have teenagers, or younger children or even partners, they do not always share the same tastes as yourself, so you end up some times missing out on things that you enjoy because of making food to suit others. Well times have changed. ...
...frozen foods that you can mix and match, so when my son enjoys something like Admirals pie I can have my chicken curry. The frozen chicken curry from Sainsburys comes in a small box with a picture of chicken curry and rice on the outside. It describes chicken breast strips in a mild curry sauce with a portion of white rice and has a healthy balance symbol and a weight of 400gms. It can be keep frozen for about 10 monthes after I purchased it, though ...

If you're in a hurry have a Sainsbury's curry

Advantages: quick, tasty, inexpensive
Disadvantages: difficult bags to open

...SO much!! GOOD POINTS Sainsbury's are getting health conscious..they remind your of their allergy advice after the ingredients..and they also remind you to taste food before adding salt during cooking or at the table.... Its great advice. My father in law once came to our house and I'd made a roast beef dinner with all the trimmings. Before he tasted anything he got hold of the salt shaker and tipped it up to put salt on- unfortnately the top ...
...OPEN Yes they are- even with scissors, you might get scalded as you open the rice and the steam gets your hand. Be careful and invest in sharp scisors. HAve one and see what I mean. YOU'll go back for more when you can! Good old Sainsbury's ! ...

Yummy Curry aka Chicken Rogan Josh By Sainsburys.

Advantages: Very quick and not pots and pans to wash up!
Disadvantages: I dont get much needed cooking practice!

What is it? Chicken Rogan Josh with pilau rice. Or Chicken Curry. A frozen Ready meal from Sainsburys, that lovely supermarket I now seem to know as a seccond home. How is it I find myself there three times a week? Why did I buy it? I was feeling very lazy, bad day with the kids and going to work at 6pm no time for cooking! I have to admit, I'll buy anything if it's on offer and this was no different. The offer was buy 2 for £4 and the idea ...
...have it again the next sounded great! My finace doesnt eat curry so I bought him sweet and sour because he is a pussy! The packaging is in those kind of rich colours you associate with indian food purple and a really deep pinky colour. Theres also a picture of the yummy stuff on it too and when you are hungrey and shopping this is very effective! I love a good curry and usally go for the hottest thing around but as the alternative was Korma I went ...
