    I like to take Sainsbury’s Spearmint flavoured antacid tablets. These cost me £2.20 and they come in a cardboard box of 48 tablets which are in a little foil pack. There are instructions inside the box which you must read carefully before taking in case they clash with any other medications you might be taking at the same time. I prefer these to the fruit flavoured antacid tablets or the peppermint ones as I feel the taste is nice and more pleasant.
