Yes, i do. It might not yield a cheque book or debit card, but it gives access to now every cash machine in the country free of charge, and the customer service is first class. Ringing Edinburgh is no hastle its free and you get an amusing Scottish lady on the phone too. they pamper to your every request. The interest rates are competive. ...to a cash dispencer, most sainsburys have them located outside the stores, and they work like anyother cash machine, with regards to statements i receive them every so many months without fail. This is an incompetent bank that operates from call centres. The call centre staff clearly have yet to be trained in customer services and are rude and abrupt. They sent us the wrong information and thankfully we waited before putting any money into the account- otherwise we would have been in trouble. They have a lot to learn and we won't be banking with them any time soon.

what can i say i have total praise for this bank, its a no hassle way of banking, you can like in tesco banking pay in and draw money from the tills when you are paying for your shopping, its brilliant, you have the option of telephone banking to, also to order debit cards and paying in books, you also get a terrific rate of interest of like 6% :), i really like this bank, i cant even think of ways to improve it, its quick hassle free and well what ...
