I love fish, I love any fish whether it be fresh, frozen or in a tin. It can be a little expensive at times but it is an essential food to eat and one that helps me keep as healthy as possible. I buy shops own brand sometimes because of the price and it is a lot cheaper. I buy this one on a regular basis from Sainsbury's. The fish comes in a plastic bag which is very basic looking and with just the name clearly on the front of the bag. they can be found in the frozen department.
