    Advantages Advantages Low in Fat, Calories and Sugars. High in Fibre and Protein. Cheap & Suitable for Vegetarians.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages You need a can opener... otherwise none!

    These days for 50p you think you can just about get a packet of crisp or a bar of chocolate and let’s face it for most of us it is hitting us hard and we are making huge cut backs. However Sainsbury’s has released this beautiful tasting soup, which from King to Pauper can enjoy. This handy soup has enough benefits that you will become a complete convert, what makes it better, this well kept gem is only 52p!     This soup is one of five flavours in Sainsburys "Be Good to Yourself" range and is my favourite of all. As the name implies, it is a tomato based soup, and the three beans involved are blackeye beans, borlotti beans and flageolet beans - 4% of the contents for each type of bean. There are also lots of peppers and onions in the soup. First impressions: it's very thick! Be careful it doesn't splash and stain your clothes when it plops out of the tin!
