Got this yesterday. Out-of-the-box , this comes setup 'less-than-optimal' for home theater in my opinion. had the response from the girlfriend of 'how do normal people get these things set up' - which I think is a fair question. You need to read the manual carefully, especially these points: The rear speakers are different to the front speakers, pay attention to the labels on the back. When you get it it does not output 1080p - you need to have the ... ...sd/hd button (bottom left of remote) - it will then cycle through modes, and you can get to the 1080p mode.. You also need to select Dolby pro logic if you're using the stereo inputs (I think that's the 'sound mode' button) - then it will use all the speakers , (if it's a cd player, or music, then you probably want 'concert' as it won't be recorded in pro-logic like movies are) Use the 'test' mode to compare the volume of the speakers, and then the ...

samsung home cinema system i got for xmas it is great, got matching 42 tv to on black tv stand and it is very sytleish, now the sound quailt is amazing next door neighbours can hear it, picture qauilty is great aswell great for watching hd dvds. well impressed. value for money again by samsung, there are the best mid range protucer. its very easy to use with the anynet device, also comes with radio, which means ive been able toget rid of my out of date sterio as can use it as a cd player aswell. ...
