This system was extremely easy to set up, especially if you're using a samsung tv. However this is where abouts my good experience of the system ends. The subwoofer level is fixed for 'your ease of use' however appears too deep for most films. There has also been considerable 'static' noise when playing a games console through the system, which on investigation, has happened to a number of other people. For playing music, it's a very good system, however Im sure my neighbours dont think so as the bass is so loud. ...

Advantages: sounds nice and theres a 5.1 version Disadvantages: you can get much better for the money
...are no res. settings either, samsung told me that it does it automatically. but it doesnt. if you buy this hoping to get rear and centre speakers seperatly then good luck, i found it impossible.
the 5.1 would be a nice system but you can get better for the same price or a very little more ...

Advantages: Good styling and easy set up Disadvantages: Poor value for money and sound not adjustable
...and links well with a Samsung TV using the 'Anytime system, plus the clean sleek glossy styling is easy on the eye. The downside is that the bass is too deep and not adjustable, and a very noticable 'static noise' comes in after about half an hour after the system has been switched on.
