Great printer, low cost, quick to warm up and with extra memory seems to handle anything thrown at it. But when it goes wrong - the Samsung warranty service is appalling. And when questioned why it takes so long and from a customer perspective it is unacceptable, the response is 'That's just your opinion sir! (Extra paper tray took 3 months to deliver)
