...to be portable, I believe Samsung have done a very good job with it It's very good looking in a glossy piano black finish. It has a touch of red under the keyboard on the wrist rest; I think Samsung calls it a touch of class. I think it looks a bit dodgy, but you may like it. It has a 13.3" wide-screen with a resolution of 1,200x800 pixels; which looks excellent if you look at it from the right angle otherwise it's too shiny. Looking at anything ... ...button. It also has some Samsung specific short cuts for volume changes, display brightness and various other things; Very handy. According to Samsung it's supposed to last up to 4hours on a fully charged battery, I haven't tested this yet because I've only used it plugged in. I will update once I've tried it. Having received the Samsung Q310 ASS0 UK this morning I can say I am overjoyed. Ordered it last night on ebuyer at 19:30 and was delivered this morning at 07:30! It's got everything and is a bargain at £670! The 4Gig Ram and new Centrino 2 technology is a dream for multi-tasking. It has an NVIDIA GeForce 9200M GS graphics card which is excellent for the gamers out there! It has Bluetooth, wifi b/g/n and a 7 in 1 card reader! This is obviously excellent ... ...and laptop with the Bluetooth and transferring pictures off your digital camera with the card reader. It also has an HDMI port for playing DVDs through to your TV. Having three USB ports is good for me personally as the two at the back can deal with my keyboard and mouse when the laptop is home on a stand then the one on the right is then still available for something else. I won't really be using the webcam at all but it would definitely come in ...

Advantages: Lightweight, compact, sleek and stylish design Disadvantages: little bit pricey
I was given this laptop as a christmas present from my parents to use for university. This laptop is ideal for university students and people who have to commute with their laptops. It is extremely light and very thin so it fits in a bag with ease and does not give u a sore back or shoulder from carrying it. I think the samsung laptop is a very fast and good looking laptop. It is a good value for money. I have this laptop and i love it! It has loads of games on it including pinball, hearts , solitare etc. when i bought my samsung laptop it had all the necessary things on it including microsoft office powerpoint 2003, Microsoft office Excel 2003 Microsoft office publisher, Microsoft office word 2003 and loads more. (+) cool and quite robust trackpad, good display,64-bit windows 7 (-) few connectors,dell drivers only, not realy for gameing (most models), finger print prone!
