I recently purchased the Samsung R60 laptop from laptops direct for £329.99 excluding postage and packaging. I chose this laptop because of the processor speed and the size of the screen. I think that this laptop meets the compromise between price and quality extremely well.
Samsung are better known in the fields of mobile phones and televisions. My last phone was a Samsung D600 and I was very pleased with it because of its durability and features. ... ...badly and that is why Samsung included a screen wipe, they really did do some rigorous product testing. The laptop pad is really well designed and the different colour lights on the front are also quite stylish.

The r60 plus is an excellent laptop for the price. The looks are extremely slick although it is a bit of a fingerprint magnet. The performance for the price is great, the pricessor is fast, quiet and energy efficient and it also includes ATI graphics which is much better than the integrated intel graphics found in many laptops. Hi Guys
This Laptop is an all round great buy, I got the higher specification from Laptops direct for the same price as the lower specification and have posted the link below. It boasts a huge 250GB Hard Disk which is more than enough for a normal user to have and also has 2GB of Ram.
The only drawback is that it takes a few more seconds to load compared to other laptops but when initaially loaded, it runs with a very hugh speed.
A good Buy and would deffinetely recommend it.
