...read various reviews I noticed samsung were getting good reviews . The SC4360 model was on offer in Argos at £64.99 which was half price so I purchased it.
On first inspection it looked alot smaller than my previous cleaner and was alot lighter in weight. It came with a turbo brush for pet hair and a crevice tool. The cord lenght is 6M and the hose also has a good reach and is telescopic. This cleaner has the control for variable power and on/off ... ...you dont have to bend down to switch on/off or to adjust the power. This is ideal for switching from carpet to lino flooring . I must say I was pleasantly impressed on first use as it really stuck to the carpet so I didnt need full power (1800W) . The amount of dust and dirt it collect was astounding I didnt expect it to perform so well. It really maintain the suction there is no having to stop after a couple of rooms to deal with clogged filters ...

...back to argos, but since samsung have a customer repair service they were unwilling to replace it for me, even though I have 4 small children one of whom has just started crawling.
I had to call samsung and give them my details for a "call back" am still waiting for an engineer to come and "fix" it.
Samsung is a terrible brand, their customer service is terrible and I would have thought a 5 month old hoover that doesn't work should be replaced ...

Durability
Quick review of Samsung SC 4360
I purchased this hoover just 5 months ago and yes when i first used it, it was so powerful and ideal when you have got pets. I noticed after a few months the power wasnt there anymore so i kept washing the filters inside.Once the filters were washed the power was back but only for a short while. Now at 5 months old it as cut out altogether. Im so disappointed as the hoover is so small and light weight to carry about. What good is that if it burns out after 5 months. ive tried to contact Samsung with no sucsess. I think this product is going cheap because it hasnt got a long life span. I do usually like Samsung products, but not this one ...
