I've always liked Samsung phones - first was my trusty V200, then my E900 so I fell in love with this phone as soon as I saw it. Unfortunately, despite it's sleek looks and ease of use I'm really disappointed with it. Maybe I've got one from a dodgy batch but despite returning it (twice) I'm still plagued with niggly problems. 1. The backlight on the keypad (and sometimes on the screen) dip out and/or dim making texting in low light highly frustating. ...
...which is so annoying especially when you're half way through writing a text and realise that it's all gibberish. 3. The dictionary forgets new words all of a sudden - for example XXX at the end of a text, you can be using it quite happily yet on next text you send it's forgotten it. And where is the dictionary hidden? I want to remove words that I'll never use so that there's more memory for my custom ones, but I cannot find it on any of the settings ...
