Advantages: Small and compact Disadvantages: Not a lot of memory
...was this little phone the Samsung X700.
I have had this phone for only a week and where some people may say this isn't a long enough time to get to know your phone or even write a review about it i feel that i know enough about the phone to do it justice.

In the box that came with the phone you get Samsung hands free ear phones which also doubles up as the ariel for the radio and ear phones for the Mp3 player.

Would i recommend him yes i would to all you first timers that have never used an Mp3 player phone this is a great phone to start with but for all you technical buffs it's probably not big and powerfull enough for you that is why it's very much a girly phone. ...

...was completely sold on the Samsung X700 after I had the opportunity to try it out in a shop. When looking for a new phone to replace my lost Siemens A50, I had been unhappy with the choices of phones on offer. Most seemed to have terrible specifications, tacky designs and/or nasty, cheap ergonomics. In particular, despite the fact I have small fingers, the tiny keys and cheap, flimsy, hard to use d-pads and joysticks were putting me off a lot of ... ...from its looks that the Samsung X700 must have been designed as a business phone. Yet the phone really has a lot of features that would make it useful for anyone – it certainly has everything I could currently want from a phone, including FM radio, an mp3 player, a camera, Bluetooth, a USB connector, WAP and java games. Advantages: 1.3MP camera, video recording, miniSD slot, bluetooth, TFT screen, Tri-Band Disadvantages: Battery life is not very good if used frequently, Only 1.3mp camera.
Brilliant phone, good for all kinds of usage, bought it off ebay for £30 on Orange, its got a 1.3MP camera which can record video in Q-CIF Format, (176x144). Its got a very strong but quiet vibrate which is very good to use at school. I Have had no problems with this phone so far and would recommend it to anyone, it is a good weight, a well built phone and packed with lots of features.
I like the fact how it has a Micro-SD card slot, mine is occupied ... ...also good and i use it to communicate with my laptop, i haven't used the USB on the phone yet as i can't really be bothered to buy an extra cable when i can just use the bluetooth or memory card. TFT screen not STN or OLED so good brightness. Battery for me lasts about 3-4 days on normal usage. Happy that it is tri-band as therefore i will get signal in most parts of the world. Over all a brilliant phone! ...
