Bought this last summer for my new desktop. It is very fast, the performance is extraordinary. I love the fact that it's SATA hdd, the air flow has improved. It's cheap, it has a big 16mb cache, I appreciate NoiseGuard and NCQ features. It's not as hot as I thought it will be, the temperatures are ok.
