The Samsung Syncmaster 932 MW is a good television at a very reasonable price. The Bad Points first - It doesn't have freeview included with the television, which is OK in my current set up, but if you are looking for a television of this size to be wall mounted for a kitchen or bedroom, there may be better choices out there. As this was a gift for me, I couldn't complain, but if it were to be my choice I would pay the extra premium to have the freeview ... ...reviews I have read on Samsung televisions. Sound quality is important whatever the size of television, but in my opinion, less so on a smaller set like this. However, it can sometimes be a little tinny, lacking in that quality sound that can be had from Sony or Panasonic. However, the good points far outweigh the bad points. ...other vendors and i would always rate samsung at the top along with Sony and Panasonic.

This particular product is satisfactory enough, but there are a few problems with it that stop it being a top class item. Let's start with the good stuff though. First off, it's a brilliant size, great for computer gaming and for watching TV or what have you. The picture is wonderfully clear and the casing itself is very stylish, but let's face it, nearly all LCD screens look about the same these days. Now the bad points. First of all, if you are ... ...hooked up to it, flicking through the source channels to get to the one you want takes ages, and is such a drag. This is really a minor point though. The main problem is the reliability. When the screen's working, it works brilliantly. But the trouble is, it's so prone to malfunctions it's unbelievable. I've had the sound and picture go on innumerable different occasions. Sometimes mine won't pick up the PC picture, or maybe it'll go off centre, ...
