...ever laid eyes upon. The Samsung VP MX20 looks like Samsung were trying to make a dildo range, got about half way down the length and decided to turn it into a video camera instead. And then there's the stupid YouTube advert on the side. I can't see why I should have to walk around advertising YouTube when I'm not getting paid for it.

It definitely didn't excel here either. The image quality is pretty poor and it only has a pathetic ... ...quality modes and even the best one only reaches the bottom level of what a half decent video camera can do. It has a 4GB card, good for 1.5 hours filming in the best mode, and 4 hours in the 'web and mobile' mode.
It does have a screen, which can swivel to allow you to record angles you couldn't normally see, such as over a tall, fat bloke whose decided to stand in front of you in a crowd. But most cameras can do that anyway so it's no big whoop.

Advantages: Compact, convienient and fantastic picture quality Disadvantages: Unreliable and poor customer service.
...nice and as with all Samsung products it seems to list a heap of fancy features that are on the leading edge of technology. Reliability: I have had this camcorder for almost 6 months and am sorry to say that it has just been sent for repair for the second time due to a manufacturing fault (The LCD screen died). So I am going to say not very reliable at all but this is to be expected with leading edge technology I guess. Ease of use: At first not ... ...Picture Quality: This camera's one redeeming feature - the picture quality is 15/10 absolutely stunning. Battery Life: is on par with the industry standard ( I think I got 300 minutes out of it before it needed recharged. Summary: I expect better from a manufacturer like Samsung ...
