Advantages: Very Slim for a CRT 32" Widescreen. a lot cheaper than a plasma, Pureflat Disadvantages: None yet!
Ok, so I really wanted to buy a plasma screen, I would have settled for a LCD and I really didn't want to have to build a annex for the installation of a standard 32" CRT TV. Unfortunately I had to face reality - I couldn't afford either of the first two options, and would have to build that new room for that 32" CRT. Or did I? After trawling through various online and local superstores I came across the perfect alternative - a CRT with Samsung's ... ...roughly a third less than that of a normal CRT and the price is not massively elavated for the privilege - I payed £450 from an online store. I have had the TV now for 9 months, and have had no problems, the menu systems are easy to navigate and the picture quality is great.
