Advantages: Design, Features, Connectivity, Performance, Fingerprint scanner Disadvantages: Picks up Fingerprints / scratches easily, No Blu-Ray, Price tag, No Lightscribe!
...X460 - AS03== The Samsung X460 is a laptop from Samsung with Microsoft Vista Business pre-installed. It's a beautifully designed black, glossy laptop with a 14" LED screen meant for the business user. I bought mine for £901.00 including delivery although the price seems to have dropped to around £910. There is also an X360 version of this laptop. That is a 13" version but it houses a solid state drive so it slightly more expensive. I think the laptop ... ...I also own a Samsung NC10 netbook but it'd be a bit of a waste to have to leave the X460 home all the time. ==ACCESSORIES== It comes with a blue cloth, which I always feel is a thoughtful item to include with a gadget that picks up dust and fingerprints easily, although that was the only thing included aside from the installation discs and charging adapter. As it's a computer though, you can buy all sorts of USB accessories for it and naturally, ...

Advantages: Looks great! Disadvantages: Buttons too close together
...discount! Browsing the range, a Samsung E330 caught my eye. I knew Samsung was well-known for quality and style, but I'd never had a Samsung phone before so I was a bit wary. It looked so sophisticated with its clamshell design and camera - with flash - but in the region of £150.00, I decided against it. Call me stingy, but I'd never pay that for a mobile phone.
A few minutes later I noticed a Samsung x460 - this looked exactly the same, more or ... ...the socket clean! Aren't those Samsung bods clever?
On the bottom is the charger socket, and on the back - yes, you guessed it, the battery. There is also a little cover to plug into the charger socket, but I find this is just too fiddly and it's easier to leave it off the amount of times I'd have to take it out to charge it!
~ Technical Details ~
Now we've covered the looks, I think we'd better explore the details:
External display: This is ...

...be a popular phone with Samsung fans who are looking for a small clamshell design phone that is in the lower price bracket. I used to own a Samsung S300 and after a Nokia 8310 and an awful Siemens SL55, I have gone back to Samsung.
With the low price (£120-£150 to buy outright) you expect certain limitations as far as features go. There is no Bluetooth for instance, and it is not tri-band either. But if you don’t need or are not bothered by these ... ...is a good move by Samsung as many people were put off the likes of the V200 and S300 because of the relatively large aerials. The x460 is a dinky little phone which fits easily into your hand and slips nicely into your pocket, without any aerial sticking out. I think there are 3 or 4 colours available but I have the silver one. It is remarkably light at 75g.
Unlike the x450 it has an exterior screen. It is monochrome (LCD), showing time, date, battery ...

Advantages: large colour screen Disadvantages: Little round dial underneath the screen can be confuseing and doesn't have a camera.
I bought this mobile in a sale for £79. I love it! The keys are nicely spaced out so texting isn't difficult. The phone book is easy to use. You don't have lots of numbers. You have a file for each person. Under that persons name you put their home number, mobile number, work number, fax number, e-mail address and even a little picture! A seperate file for each person is alot better than a phone book clogged full of numbers. You can download ringtones, ... ...but the couple i've got are brill! This phone also has the added bonus of 3 alarms, something that comes in handy for me. 3 does sound excessive, but believe me, I need them and wouldn't be without them. Unfortunately, this phone doesn't take photos. What I do, is get the other half to take pictures on his phone, then send them to me! You can then send them on or set them as background.
The battery life is very good aswell. You take out the little ...

Advantages: small lightweight and looks good Disadvantages: no camera
Once again Samsung manage to impress with the smallest ever clamshell phone. It's sleek and it feels lovely in the palm of your hand.
I would say its a ladies phone mind not for a big butch guy. My fella's using it at the mo and says he's embarassed to get it out in public. LOL!
The screen is lovely and clear and a fair size too. Lots of storage space for photos and games and the phone book is quick and easy to use. Though it is time consuming ... ...they're done forever!
Polyphonic ringtones are loud and clear though the message tone cannot be changed to a selected ringtone so it is quite annoying when you havent heard the bleeping message.
Data link cables available so you can download and upload tones etc via your pc. But no camera to take your own pictures.
I actually bought it thinking about my daughter in school but not wanting to spend the earth but not wanting to send her to school ...
