...had numerous problems installing the Samsung software on my computer. Eventually it installed, but I found the Samsung music organiser not as convenient or easy to use as Windows Media Player, so I still use that to syncronise my music to the player. Since buying it, I am regularly shown new downloads to update the player, which I have found easy to install. The Bluetooth function was one of the key features that attracted me to this product at first. It's brilliant for transferring music and pictures from mobile phones etc, and you can also set it up to work as the keypad(this is a bit too fiddly though) and headphones for your phone, meaning it will pause the track while you recieve a call though the player, working as a handsfree set.
