    4 Stars Samsung Z107 23/04/2006
    User recommends the product

Advantages Advantages 2 batteries and revolving camera

Disadvantages Disadvantages Quite large and text messaging

I bought this phone new of the orange website for just £50 after I broke my old phone on a trip to New York. For the price I was really pleased with all the services, which were much better than my previous twice the cost phone. The phone comes with 2 batteries which is an added bonus and great for if your in a rush, however the extended battery makes the phone even bigger. Another advantage is the revolving camera and video. This is perfect if you like taking pictures of yourself and is easy to use. The flash is very bright and so also comes in useful as a torch! There is a slight delay ... more

    User doesn't recommend the product

Advantages Advantages good camera, great screen, video calling, flash

Disadvantages Disadvantages no games, poor selection of ringtones, bad SMS

I upgraded to this phone from a Samsung v200 and was a wee bit disapointed. The worst feature of this phone has to be the SMS. When recieving a test message from a contact stored in the phone it does not show their name it only displays the senders number. I contacted Samsung regarding this and they said that it's not supposed to which I find rather strange when all other mobile phones inclusing other Samsungs do! Also the menu at first can be quite confusing though you get used to it. The camera is of good quality though does not have a zoom function or the ability to turn off the annoying ... more

    4 Stars Great 3G Phone 16/02/2005
    User recommends the product

Advantages Advantages Compact, Easy To Use, Stylish, 3G Enabled

Disadvantages Disadvantages Poor Ringtone Selection, No Option For Memory Card, No Speakerphone.

I have this phone on Orange 3G and have to say it's excellent. The phone is very compact compared to other 3G phones. It's menu driven and simple to use but has many great features. It can be set up with your isp's POP3 and SMTP email setting to send and receive email which is really useful. The phone automaticaly switches between 3G and 2.5G if you lose the 3G signal the call isn't dropped. If you are using the phone for internet browsing and you lose the 3G signal it automaticaly switches to GPRS with no inturuption to browsing. The phone includes a camera that can be swivled to the ... more

Advantages Advantages Small, Easy To Use

    Disadvantages Disadvantages SMS, Ringtones,

I received my SAmsung SGH-Z107 in July for free with my Orange contract. So far these are my findings. You will receive 2 batteries which is alwas and handy and a special stand to charge the spare battery while its not in the phone. Also included is the data cable which is definately a bonus as these can cost up to £40. The phone is very easy to use as it is menu driven. If you have had a Samsung phone before you will understand what i mean, they are second to only Nokia in their usability. Everything is easy to find and there is even helpful pop up messages when you first turn the phone on to ... more
