SanDisk Cruzer Micro - USB flash drive - 16 GB

SanDisk Cruzer micro 16GB is my latest acquisition which has given me immense pleasure. Well I have other brands also although with lesser space but what makes SanDisk Cruzer micro 16 GB so unique? As anyone who has ever browsed through any of my previous review will know that I tend to like using flash drives, aka pen drives, as I find them a lot quicker to transfer data from PC to PC, as long as you do the usual virus check before hand. Having received this as a gift last Christmas, I've always been sceptical about carrying my personal documentation around with me, but the U3 software that comes with this allayed all of my fears. For anyone who hasn't researched, its software inbuilt by SanDisk and helps take care of your documents security by encrypting it with a password to avoid access being gained by anyone who isn't authorised to use it. I purchased this last week when I was at Westfield shopping centre for £14.99. At that time I thought that it might be usefull to save and backup files as I have a ridiculous amount of music on my laptop. I was completely unaware of U3 and the other features it included as im useless at these kind of things. After testing the USB flash drive, I was pleasantly suprised with it. This is without doubt my best purchase of the year so far, paying only £15 to get a whole 16GB!!!! of storage was amazing. I bought mine from play.com. Having bought it not realising it had the U3 system built into it i was shocked to see it there when i plugged it in my computer. I couldnt believe it was on it for only £15. The software is very usefull for when ever i plug in on someone elses computer and they havent got a program i normally use i can use it straight from my flash drive.
