Advantages: 1GB built-in + 2GB expansion by SD card Disadvantages: Larger than average
In the world of MP3 players (and phones, and PCs, and...!) every few months capacities double. And with an MP3 player that really matters: how many of my CDs and podcasts can live on my player?
The Sansa E140 is, to my mind, one of the best compromises around, visually appealing, great sound quality, functionally strong and expandable. 1GB built in fits most of my favourite tracks. And as in the household we have three other devices using SD cards ... ...music is a doddle, especially using my handy SD-in-a-memory-stick gadget! If using the unit itself with the supplied white USB-mini USB cable, the internal memory and card appear as separate drives. Write performance is OK, although I find that it is faster writing cards via a standalone readers.
Listening quality is excellent, and the supplied earphones surprised me by their excellent feel and performance. The unit plays MP3 and WMA formats, and ...

In the uncoloured mp3 players this one is best with its features that can make the lifetime of player longer than others and its price.First of all it uses regualr AAA size baterries in fact which means in the first place you need a charger and rechargeable baterrries if you dont want to spend as much money as you spend for mp3 player but with regular baterries there is no such thing like baterry lifetime whenver they ended their lifetime you can ... ...SD cards it supports till 2 GB so when you feel you need more storage you dont need to buy a new player you simply buy an SD card and you have a 3 GB mp player.When you use the player with its stock headphones you can be disapointed with the sound quality but if you have another headphone which you trust its qaulity give that a chance so you can see sound quality is not bad neither.Its baterry life lasts around 12-15 hours in regular use,it supports ...

Advantages: Put additional memory into the unit. Disadvantages: Sometimes hard to get radio stations into
I have this MP3 player and LOVE it. Not only does it hold alot of songs but I can also download books into it. I never have to worry about running out of room because you can buy disks that provide you expanded memory. I label my disks and keep them in a little change purse then when I want to switch the music its so easy.
I also don't have to worry about spending alot of money on batteries because it only takes one AAA and it seems to last forever. ...

Advantages: 240 Songs - Also Supports Photo - Memory Type: Flash Memory - Plays 15 Hrs Continuously Disadvantages: single color:black - two file formats support: wma & mp3
plugging on in the USB connection it showed up on my PC as a seperate drive. Just drag and drop my albums onto the drive and it seem to work fine. can easily work through the media player as given in the manual.
Overall, I am very pleased so far, the sound is superb and the menu system easy to navigate. There is a support for all files and I love the fact that you are not restricted by a rechargeable battery. You can pop in a AAA battery so much ...
